Paula and Ryan’s wedding day was held on the most beautiful day in November at Boojum Tree Hidden Garden. The nature-lover in me was jumping up and down at Boojum Tree’s indoor tropical garden. It’s not everyday you see such lush greenery in Arizona so spending the day there was like being transported to a vacation! Paula and Ryan carried the tropical theme throughout their wedding day from the palms on the guest book and in Paula’s bouquet to the pineapple table numbers and tropical gold foil dinner menu’s. When it came to wedding details- they did not miss a beat! I was in love with their purple geode place cards that had the most stunning calligraphy hand written on each rock and don’t even get me started on Paula’s dress! It was a beautiful vintage inspired long sleeve beaded wedding gown that I imagine an old-Hollywood star wearing on a red carpet back in the 20s. Out of all of the stunning details though, I have to say my absolute favorite detail of the day was the gifts Paula and Ryan gave their bridal party. They gave the coolest handmade portraits of the bridal party’s cats. Don’t believe me?! Scroll down to see the entire bridal party and their puuurfect kitties (sorry for the pun- it was too easy, I had to). Those portraits had me wishing I had a cat of my own just so I could order one for myself! Oh well, maybe someday! After the bridal party received their awesome cat portraits it was time for the ceremony! Paula and Ryan’s ceremony was held in Boojum tree’s patio area where they have a gorgeous gazebo. The two exchanged their thoughtful vows to one another which were filled with sweet anecdotes and promises to love each other and of course- their cats! The entire day had a lightness about it that was so calming and peaceful it amplified the deep love Paula and Ryan share- it was truly a captivating day.
