Behind the Lens

Hi, I’m Megan (my friends call me Meg, so you're welcome to too)!

I'm a Peoria based Photographer serving the greater Phoenix area, specializing in love stories + motherhood sessions for the last 10 years. I'm a wife, mama, and Christ follower. The quickest way to my heart is quoting the office, talking about Jesus, enneagrams, books and of course, chocolate.

My family is my heart so I wanted to share a little bit of our love story- My husband Keaton is the most caring man I've ever met and is the most incredible father. He and I met in college at a viewing party for the show The Bachelor - (Nick's season for all you fans out there) and it was love at first sight (for me, anyway). We like to joke we're the only people that found love that season (sorry Nick). We dated for a year, got engaged, and six months later we were married (while my husband was still in college)! I'm sure we looked a little crazy to those around us getting married so young, but we both felt God's guidance and assurance that this was what He had planned for us. In my wedding vows I wrote to Keaton that he was everything that I prayed for and more and that holds true today. We now have a three sweet kids together- they are wild bundles of energy who keep things fun and interesting; we love them so much!

My Process

Connections are my thing. I want to get to know you and your relationship so that when I'm photographing your season of life, your photos express all of your emotions authentically. I genuinely love + care for my clients and it is such a gift to serve them + tell their story. One of the greatest gifts photography has given me has been walking through multiple seasons of life with my clients- college graduation, engagement, weddings, pregnancy, newborns, to family sessions and on. It's such a blessing to be able to photograph such special moments throughout every season and I am so thankful for the opportunity. When you sign on for a session with me, my hope is that we continue to work together as your life grows and transforms.

xo Meg
